VICTORIA A. SELLARS
Originally from New York, Vickie graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins and has remained in the west ever since, living in Arizona, Nevada and Washington State. She returned to Colorado in 2000, where she currently resides with her husband of 20 years, Steve Sellars, an executive with Level 3 Communications.
Upon graduation, Vickie spent 10 years in Retail Management and the next 18 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. Vickie has worked for several leading Pharmaceutical companies including Smith-Kline Beecham, Warner Lambert and lastly Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Always on top of her game, Vickie became a leading sales rep, introducing many new oral and injectable prescription medications to physicians and hospitals across Nevada, Washington, Oregon and Colorado. Through these positions Vickie gained effective listening skills and strengthened her strong communication skills, enabling her to identify customer needs and target areas for increased sales potential. Her attention to detail and excellent service often exceeded her customer’s expectations, allowing her to easily build relationships and foster confidence amongst her clients.
For the past 3 years Vickie has continued a successful sales career as an Account Manager with Gail Wurdeman & Associates, a wholesale group representing 12 manufacturers. Her clients include independent retailers and Vickie has taken on the challenge of establishing new accounts, as well as managing existing accounts. She enjoys sharing her product knowledge through in-services and customer promotions. Her effective problem solving skills often anticipate and correct potential areas of conflict. Vickie’s strong organizational skills shine through when managing sample inventory, communicating monthly promotions and tracking timely order submissions to vendors.
Vickie is also involved in a start-up endeavor with her sister Valerie Graham. Their company, Krystal Blue International, donates 5% of any sales or event fees to preserving the aquatic ecosystem.
When not working, Vickie enjoys being in nature while hiking, biking, skiing and golfing. She also spends time volunteering and has served on the Colorado State Diabetes Committee.

Tina Kraft is a network marketing success coach who has resided in Canada with her husband the past 4 years. She brings more than 28 years of progressive management, mentoring and motivation to the Dan Peek Foundation.
Tina’s burning desire is to see other people succeed and grow! She dedicated almost 3 decades of her life to one company, Home Interiors and Gifts Inc. a direct sales company. She began as a sales consultant and quickly blossomed into a leadership role and management was not far behind. She was at the helm as an executive branch director in developing Canada for 5 years spanning more than 3 provinces and 1600 sales consultants!
Tina was a top producer in the field on numerous occasions and a number 1 unit and branch in direct sales production and leadership development both in the United States and Canada.
She was a featured speaker on a number of occasions at the national level and responsible for organizing, educating, and motivating the consultant base.
Tina is currently coaching individuals who aspire to succeed in direct sales in the Denver metro area. Her affiliations include DSWA, RI training, I Take the Lead and Dynamic Women networking, a non-profit networking group which Tina founded and is now growing and expanding in the metro area. Tina is also a featured speaker at networking events around the Denver metro area.

Lori was born in Michigan and traveled the world with her parents through the Air Force. She started school in Hawaii and graduated in Germany. Lori moved to Colorado in 1987 with her husband, Mike Montel. There they raised their two daughters and now enjoying being grandparents.
Her dream was to become a nurse and as life evolved Lori found her career in Early Childhood Education (ECE) for over 20 years. The next level was in Higher Education as an Enrollment Advisor and owner/operator of Lori Lynn Creations, where she can be creative with paintings, murals and silk wedding flowers.
In the past Lori has been involved raising money for Children’s Miracle Network and Muscular Dystrophy Association. Volunteer at 9News Health Fair, as a character for Human Service’s play for sexual abuse awareness for young children, and a member of The Shoreline Players (theatrical group). Lori worked on building and painting backgrounds, props, make-up and co-producing plays.
Educational background includes a certification for being a Director in ECE, Bachelor’s of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University then finished her MBA through Keller Graduate School of Management.
When Lori isn’t helping someone she loves spending time with family and friends. She enjoys decorating, being creative, scrap booking, being outdoors and camping.
